My Top 12 Ketogenic Resources

If you had mentioned The Ketogenic Diet 10 years ago, most people would have replied with "Gesundheit!"

But today?

Everyone is talking Keto.

Celebrities are Keto.

People who only 5 years ago pushed a standardized diet heavy in "healthy whole grains" are now on the Keto bandwagon.

But are they?

Here's the thing: the Ketogenic diet is one of the most searched diet terminology, replacing Paleo from just a few years ago.

If you're in the "diet industry, " you must be talking Keto to stay relevant.

But just because you talk Keto, doesn't mean you necessarily are.

If there is one thing I learned in my years of researching Adrenal Fatigue, it's that not everyone who talks about it knows about it....or even believes in it.

You have to know who to listen to, and who to leave behind.

Having just celebrated my 5-year Ketoversary and having read a lot about Keto and listened to a lot of podcasts, here are my favorite resources.

These are by trusted authors and podcasters who truly believe in the Ketogenic diet as a lifestyle, not as a keyword to keep them relevant.

They don't promote the commercialized "Keto" products. Instead, they promote a Ketogenic, whole-food approach to eating.

They aren't into Keto for weight loss but for health.

These are guys and gals I trust, and now I want to encourage you to glean from them.

Disclaimer: As a Christian, I believe in creation, not evolution though many scientists in the Keto community often refer to evolution in their writing and speaking.
