Non-Scale Victory Goal #1

 In my last post, I shared about the tremendous sense of accomplishment I felt in saying no to myself regarding the chips my husband purchased the other day for our children's snack.

This led me to want to begin creating non-scale goals for myself each week.

Today I am setting out my first goal - and that is to get back to fasting a minimum of 20 hours, using the Easy Fast app.

I eventually want to try out some new fasting methods, like alternate day fasting, and even get back to longer fasts like I used to do.

My week will begin on Sunday, so Sunday I will eat my last meal between 2-3 and then not eat again until noon or 1 the following day, and I'll stick to that schedule.

In my fasting window, I will have coffee, tea, and if needed a bulletproof coffee (but only as a tool to keep me fasting and for no other reason.
