Recently, I began a new series of posts on my non-scale victory goals.
The goal I set for myself for this week was to fast a minimum of 20 hours each day. I met that goal each day except one day on which I reached 19 hours .
But I feel this was a great win for me, so I am celebrating a very successful week.
Last week, I published this post, and then went and unpublished it - and I'll tell you why.
I simply kept forgetting to follow through. Life has been very busy, and I'd get to the end of my day, realizing that I didn't record any of my foods, and there was no way to go back and catch it up because I also hadn't weighed anything.
So, last week's goal is now this week's goal.
Non-Scale Victory Goal #2
This week's non-scale victory goal is to post all of my meals in My Fitness Pal every day. This keeps me accountable for my food choices.
I am currently on a 144-day streak, but most of those days, I didn't log my food.
