Ugh - that bag of chips 😱

 My husband just got back from the store - he bought the boys a bag of chips for tomorrow's snack.

Clearly, my family is not Keto.



Here's the thing....

I don't struggle with sugar nearly as much as I struggle with savory carbs. Salty snacks. Potato chips, hot buttered popcorn....

You get the drift.

And when I take that bag of chips and divide it between two bowls, I like to make sure there's a bit at the bottom of the bag for me.

Not a lot.

Just a bit.

But the last time I did that, I could feel a physical difference in the way I felt.

Less than 1/2 hour later, I had cravings for anything and everything. My energy bottomed out.

Don't believe me?

I wouldn't have believed me either, except it happened to me and I could FEEEEEEEL the difference in 4k.

So, here's the thing.

I'll be back tomorrow to talk about the infamous bag of chips.

And my goal is to be able to say, "I didn't even have ONE!"
