If you scroll back a couple of posts, you'll see that I stopped posting in mid-June.
Some may have wondered if I'd "fallen off the wagon" or if I was struggling to stay strong and steady in my efforts to lose weight and get healthy.
I am happy to say that neither of those happened.
It was simply that our computer was being repaired. I was using my son's laptop, but it took a lot longer to do any of my normal work, and so I simply had to let some things fall by the wayside to keep up with my client work.
Before I stopped posting, I was doing NSV Goals (non-scale victories).
I am not going to continue with that series, mainly because I have set for myself weekly weight loss goals, and I am daily checking in with two friends—we're keeping each other accountable.
Instead, I will be posting weekly updates on my progress, along with recipes and advice.
I also began a new YouTube channel where I'll be taking you along with me on my journey - posting some of my advice and shorts of me exercising and meal-prepping.
