Keto Taco Crack Slaw

 Have you ever tried Keto Crack Slaw?

If you like egg rolls, you'll see why it's called "crack slaw". It's so good, you can't stop eating it.

Or thinking about it.

Or wishing you were eating it.



While eating my first-ever crack slaw, I began to dream of all of the different ways I could make this amazing recipe.

The first way I wanted to recreate Keto Beef & Pork Crack Slaw was taco-style.

Because I could basically eat taco anything every single day for the rest of my life and never get tired of it.

Now that I've had a serving of Keto Taco Crack Slaw, I know I'll spend the rest of my days either eating it or dreaming of eating it.

Keto Taco Crack Slaw

Ingredients:

1 lb of ground beef
1 small onion diced
Several minced cloves of garlic
Taco seasoning (or make taco meat with my recipe here)
1 TB of coconut oil
1/2 Head of Cabbage shredded
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
3 green onions chopped
Handful of olives sliced
Diced romatoes, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole


Instructions:


Sautee the onions until soft and brown the meat with the garlic and taco seasoning
Remove from heat, but DO NOT DRAIN

Add the coconut oil, cabbage, green onions, and spices, return to heat and let simmer, adding water as needed, until cabbage is tender.

Serve topped with onions, tomatoes, and your favorite condiments
