Keto Italian Sausage

 


I use this recipe for all kinds of Italian recipes: Spaghetti, lasagna, Zuppa Toscana...

It is so flavorful and easy to make.

We don't get Italian sausage here, so I make it myself. It's not hard to do, and you can mix it up and then freeze it to use later in a recipe.

So here you go:

Keto Italian Sausage:

2 lbs of ground pork

3 TB tomato paste (or you can use red wine for a tangier taste)

1 tsp Salt

1 TB pepper (you can use less to make this less spicy)

1 1/4 TB parsley

1 TB garlic powder

1 TB onion powder

1 TB basil

2 TB paprika

2 tsp red pepper (you can use more or less to adjust for spicy-ness)

1 tsp fennel seed

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp thyme
